    Can someone answer this question for me???

    I really need the answer to this question very badly!!!

    The question is: WHAT IS MY STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES???

    I remembered that this was the first question that my HR Manager asked me on my first day of attachment, and I was like kind of stunned. I just answer one words or one sentence to the question and it seem like very weird to me!!!

    After that, I kept thinking if next time I went for an interview, what happen if the same question was asked again??? How should I answer this question???

    Already seek the answer from two of my friends, but I want some more answer since different people may have different opinions of me, therefore I really need your help. There is a tagboard, so you can add your answer there! SAY THE TRUE, PLEASE !!!
