Day1 - MIT:94
Do silly mistakes, forgot to calculate the median for two questions(minus 2 marks). Calculate wrongly for the linear regression question, see the minus sign as plus sign (minus 4 marks)...haiz, careless lor!!!
Day 2 - CSS:
Initially scored 84 but later added 3 more marks...again careless, didn't feel like elaborating!
Day 3 - OS:83
Result known on the spot, quite tough, because had to study both theory and practical(self-study). A lot to study for the practical...I almost give up but still, I try my best to study as much as I can. Have no problem with the theory. At first didn't carry much hope, just pray hard that history won't tepeat and I don't wish to score 60+ and below. But after submitting the answer, was having a mixed feeling when I saw the score!!!
Day 4 -MIIP:96
Make minor mistakes, but don't know where is the mistake because lecturer have not let us check the paper.
Overall, didn't do really well this time.
Loves this saying by Thomas Edison: "Genius is 1% inspiration, 99% perspiration"
Every marks that you will be scoring depends on the amount of effort that you had put in. Never compared your result with your friends as what I love to say:"comparison kills". Ever since the BMRENG mst, I had always tell myself:"This is what I deserved because of the amount of effort that I had put in and I must be satisfied and contented with it...though I may grumble a bit! And it is not worthy to be upset over it since it is a fact!"
I had thought through what course am I going to take if I want to go further studies...
Initially wanted to take medince, but my diploma cannot. So decided to take bioinformat. However NTU only offered it as a Master course...haiz. Never mind still got one last option which is BIE. =)
Btw, not deciding to take any computer courses le, because it is not my interest.
Final decision:
NTU - Bachelor in Bioengineering
